On Saturday, Oct. 30 from 3-7 p.m., families on the Eastside (and beyond) are invited to attend Treat Street at Kirkland Urban. This Halloween event is an opportunity for kiddos to show off their awesome costumers, celebrate the spookiest of seasons and collect tasty treats provided by local Kirkland Businesses.
Other features include:
- A giant candy shoot and larger than life, light-up Halloween character displays
- Balloon and flitter artists, a popcorn station and a pumpkin-themed craft, courtesy of Clown Buggie Entertainment
- Enchanting acrobatic performances by costumed characters from Down to Earth Aerials
- Family-friendly Halloween tunes provided by DJ Carlos Valencia from Energia Events
- Complimentary light up toys provided by Wheelhouse Promotions & Events
- An “Instagram-able” fall/harvest installation, designed by Top Knotch events, Twinkle Trees and Seattle Giant Letters
Kirkland Urban is an inclusive and accessible open-air shopping center. To support children and adults of all abilities, sensory-sensitive toolkits will be available onsite during all Kirkland Urban events. Toolkits include noise-canceling headphones, sensory/fidget toys, earplugs and an identifier sticker/badge and can be picked up upon arrival. This event is free and open to the public.
