Cook with your family Pacific Northwest style!
Our cooking classes are hands-on and intimate, and at the end of class, families will have time to sit down and enjoy a meal. We will explore basic knife skills (with age-appropriate knife alternatives), how to make pie dough, the trick to making a crowd-pleasing salad, and how to make an artful dessert.
Participants will work together and sometimes independently to create a final meal.
Participants of all ages and skill levels are welcome.
What's on the menu?
- Mushroom and smoked salmon tarts: scratch made pie dough, cream cheese and scallion
- Emerald city salad: green caesar dressing, candied hazelnuts, fennel
- Forest floor parfait: maple whipped cream, chocolate cookie crumble, candied mint
