Celebrate Pride and our LGBTQ+ community at Northwest Trek! June 24 and June 25.
See our grizzly bears and black bears enjoy rainbow popsicles, our raccoons climb to get their colorful treats and our badgers unwrap and forage through a Pride filled present. Watch animals enjoy rainbow-themed enrichments (like rainbow ice treats and rainbow fruit skewers!) all weekend long!
Animal exhibits will each be themed to different Pride flags representing different sectors of the LGBTQ+community (traditional rainbow flag, transgender flag, bisexual flag, etc.). Guests can color their own Pride flags to take home.
The series of events that make up the Tacoma Pride Festival will take place through the month of July. Join an event and honor the community members and organizations that support the LGBTQ+ community.
