Hear a great story! Discuss big ideas! Discover real history about people like you! For ages 7 and older. Snacks will be provided. 

Feb. 15: 

Join Ms. Robbin and White River Valley Museum Educator Kassie to hear and discuss Imogene's Last Stand by Candace Fleming. Join the conversation! Why are museums important? If you could make a museum, what would you put in it? Kassie will share objects and information from the White River Valley Museum that tell us more about our community and where we live.

April 25: 

Join Auburn Library Children’s Librarian Ms. Robbin and White River Valley Museum Educator Kassie to hear and discuss the book Look! Look! Look! at Sculpture by Nancy Elizabeth Wallace. Join the conversation!

What is sculpture? Have you ever made a sculpture? How do artists create art?

Kassie will show the White River Valley Museum's new sculpture exhibit and help us see the different ways artists express themselves.

June 13:

Join Auburn Library Children's Librarian Ms. Robbin and White River Valley Museum Educator Kassie to hear and discuss the story, The Peace Bell by Margi Preus. Join the conversation! How do countries heal after war? What can we do to get along better?

Then Kassie will show us what the museum can tell us about how war affects people and how cities can form friendships.
