From this morning's Wall Street Journal:
"A new study shows women need 60 minutes of moderate exercise a day to prevent weight gain as they age if they consume a normal diet." (More on this story is here and here.)
The good news? The "as they age" part; the women in the study were all in their early 50's.
Other good news? You can still do just 30 minutes a day...they just have to be "intense" minutes (no more leaning on the handle bars!).
Bad news? "Normal diet" - can that in any way include Cheez Doodles?
