Join us for a lavender talk and essential oil distilling demonstration at Woodinville Lavender. The event will be help December 6th, 13th and 20th on at 2:00pm. You will receive an educational and interactive talk about all things lavender, including history, botany, selection, care and uses watch essential oil distillation using the farm’s authentic, hand-formed Alembic still. Participants will witness the entire distilling process, from the loading of buds to the production of the essential oil from the still. During the demonstration, guests will also come to understand the scope of growing, harvesting and processing lavender, including its many uses and beneficial properties.
