ArtVentures are especially designed for adults and children to learn and create together.
In December and January, the Henry is teaming up with our friends at the Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture for a two-part workshop that will explore relationships between multiple generations and family structures across cultures.
Join us at the Henry on December 14 for Part One! Participants will create family symbols inspired by the animal hides in Ann Hamilton: //the common S E N S E// with teaching artist Alisha Dall’Otso.
On January 4, join us at the Burke for Part Two to explore cultures presented in the Burke's Pacific Voices exhibition and create a family portrait. Tickets sold separately.
