Get out your chef hats and watch how world-class Chef, Robert “Bobo” Surles, whips up his famous Jambalaya! Chef Bobo, a leader in the movement to improve what kids eat for lunch since 2002, is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute and Executive Chef and Food Service Director for the Calhoun School on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
There will also be a virtual happy hour, a fantastic silent auction and more fun opportunities to support HealthStart's mission of building healthier futures for our children.
This year we are raising funds to get internet-ready tablets and learning tools in the hands of 100 low-income families, so they can access the vital information needed to stay healthy and return to school safely.
