The City of Marysville invites you and your family to enjoy a winter wonderland of holiday fun, food, live music and a parade of lights. Families will be able to explore local vendors, free kid's activities, see snow and visit two baby reindeer. Come hungry and ready to enjoy the tasty food and warm holiday drinks from the amazing food trucks that will be available throughout the event. Visit the vendors for handmade and holiday-themed items.
The parade begins at 6:30 p.m. featuring a procession of vehicles, floats and walking groups decked out in their finest holiday lights. Look for special guests Santa and Mrs. Claus arriving by fire truck! Parade participants make their way along State Ave. starting at the Marysville Community Center (1015 State Ave) and head south to 6th St., turning west at Comeford Park.
Following the parade, at approximately 7:00 p.m., view the lighting of the tree by Mayor Jon Nehring. After the tree lighting Santa's photo booth will open for free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, be sure to bring your camera! Come join in the fun to make this holiday season merry and bright!
