Join us at Sensory Tool House for a book club for neurodivergent* youth ages 8 and older! This group's mission is to provide a space for ND kids & tweens to find community with their peers and find joy in reading!
This book club program takes place in the sensory room at Sensory Tool House, and will be facilitated by library staff with support from staff at Sensory Tool House. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to stay nearby, but to leave the room if it is safe to do so, as a way of encouraging the kids' social interaction and participation.
Registration is required. Please contact Naomi at the Lacey Library (nbell@TRL.org) or Freddy at the Olympia Library (fvineberg@TRL.org) with any questions or requests for accommodation. Once successfully registered, Freddy or Naomi will reach out to coordinate how best to get you a copy of the book.
