This workshop with LMHC Lacie Braun will help parents feel empowered to use creative expression with their kids to name and process difficult emotions and trauma, develop strategies for coping, and build resilience. This 4-hour training will be focused on introducing Art with Heart's therapeutic activity book developed for tweens and teens called, Ink About It (IAI). The curriculum uses blended therapies - art, CBT, narrative therapies. The training and resources are designed to help you feel empowered and lead creative expression programs with confidence one on one, or in a group setting.
