DETAILS:
Through interactive & fun activities using the Superflex program as a guide, children in this small group will learn and practice:
- flexibility and patience
- conversation skills
- cooperative play
- emotional vocabulary
- identifying and expressing their own needs
- effective self-regulation techniques
Who can benefit from the Friendship Group?
Children who:
- have a hard time making or keeping friends
- struggle with two-way communication
- lack self-confidence in social situations
- have regressed in their skills during the pandemic
- would like to experience positive connections with other children.
