It’s no secret that a happy relationship is essential to the wellbeing of the whole family. Cultivating a healthy marriage can seem daunting for many, especially when you are in the throes of raising children. It may be easy to simply assume that things are “just fine” or normal, putting the needs of kids, work and home before your relationship.
Grab your partner and watch the replay of this virtual ParentMap Live talk to learn techniques that will restructure your marriage around shared success. Leave inspired, asking, “What’s best for us?” instead of “What’s best for me?”
Back by popular demand, authors Nate Klemp, Ph.D., and Kaley Klemp impart several key insights and tools of their 80/80 marriage model, which prescribes a move away from a mindset of being 50/50-fair to one based on the concept and practice of radical generosity. This approach runs interference with our “always on” work culture and refocuses attention on shared values, leading to a happier and more intimate marriage.
Get ready to win — as a team.
