Families who care about ensuring our region has clean, healthy air to breathe, and especially those who struggle with asthma or other lung disease, please join the annual Fight for Air Walk in Seattle. Radio Disney will be on hand for the kids, Be Luminous Yoga will host a pre- and post-Walk outdoor yoga session, and dog owners will enjoy the “Canines for Clean Air” Pet Parade.
Dr. Michael Kennedy of Northwest Asthma and Allergy Center said asthma is one of the most common chronic disorders of childhood, and that one in ten Washington families deals with the disease. “We’ll be participating in the Walk because we know how important it is to raise awareness and funds to fight asthma and other lung diseases. With all the activities, it will be great fun for a great cause.”
