Merriment Learning provides engaging, joyful 1:1 tutoring and educational services for children and families ages 5 through 12, both in-person and virtually.  We specialize in reading enrichment and intervention based on the Wired for Reading™ curriculum, handwriting instruction and remediation using Handwriting Without Tears, and K-5 computer keyboarding skills.      

Teaching strategies are current, research, and evidence-based, and are designed to foster whole-child development, confidence, and creativity within a caring connection with the tutor.  Individualized instruction plans are designed with targeted learning goals and strategies intended to support school success with efficiency and consideration towards each family's needs. Located in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood, near the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle.
