Each Monday in July and August we're bringing back our popular miniMOHAI program, perfect for families with young children (ages 3-5) looking for a hands-on experience while visiting the galleries. On miniMonday mornings, the museum's Grand Atrium is transformed into an engaging play space for kids with five interactive pop-up exhibits set up around the building that include storybooks, dramatic play, sensory bins, and much more! All activities are tied together by a theme from our exhibits: July's theme is "Transportation Innovations", and August's theme is "From Farm to Food".
This program is free with regular admission and open to drop-ins; groups of 10 or more are encouraged to reserve in advance to ensure availability.
