Pasado's Safe Haven is home to animals: dogs, cats and farmed animals, who arrived as victims of cruelty or neglect. You will meet Smudge, a friendly rescue goat, and learn about the center. We will read stories, and sing and dance to music about some of our favorite animals.
A play time and art activity will follow.
Please bring a blanket or lawn chairs. There is a playground adjacent to the Amphitheater.
The event will be outdoors and might be in the sun or rain; participants should prepare accordingly. In the event of inclement weather (excessive rain, smoke, wind, etc.) the event will be cancelled. Online storytimes will still be available.
