Join King County Parks for our new monthly nature walk series at Lake Geneva Park!

Take a break from your busy day, grab your family and friends, and enjoy the plants, trees, and critters in this lovely park.

Part nature walk, part exploration, you'll learn about plants, the lake, and local history while getting in your daily dose of exercise and fresh air!

The themes for the monthly walks include:
--May 13, 2021 – “Plants & Trees – What plants and trees are at Lake Geneva Park? What is blooming and who is visiting those blooms?

--June 3, 2021 – “Past & Present” – Who lived and played here in the past? Who lives and plays here today?

--July 1, 2021 – “Water & Fish” –What’s that you’re catching? Learn more about the lake, water quality and the fish beneath the surface of Lake Geneva.

--August 5, 2021 – “Play” – What is here? Explore Lake Geneva Park with activities and a scavenger hunt for young and old alike.

--September 2, 2021– “Restoration & Stewardship” – How do we restore and steward? Learn about restoration and stewardship at Lake Geneva Park. What are the plants, trees, and wildlife at the park and what we are doing to support healthy forests and watersheds?
