Due to these unprecedented times, the uncertainty of when we might be able to safely host large events again in King County due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and our overall concern for our racing community, we have made the decision to turn the 2020 Pacific Runderland into a Virtual Run/Walk.
What is a Virtual Run, you ask? A Virtual Run allows you to run or walk your chosen distance – anytime, anywhere! You can complete your miles on the road, on a trail, on a treadmill…anywhere you’d like! While not being able to run together in September is a major bummer, we hope that by going virtual, more people from more places will be able to participate in Pacific Runderland! And, we’ll be able to make that much more of an impact on our charity partner, Washington’s National Park Fund, which supports the 3 national parks in Washington State.
So please join us for race week, Saturday, September 5 through Sunday, September 13, 2020 and let’s run and walk for Washington’s national parks! We’ll have lots of fun this week and even have prizes to give away!
