The staff of Oxbow's Education program (OxEd) are all trained, skilled and experienced professional educators who are drawn to Oxbow's mission by a shared passion for helping people see themselves as part of their local food system and ecosystem, and empowering them to be lifelong environmental stewards, innovators and informed decision makers. Our educators lead outdoor, experience-based environmental and agricultural education programs for youth and adults from King and Snohomish Counties year-round through school field trips to the farm in the spring and fall, week-long day camps in the summer, and in-class programs during the winter.

Oxbow Workshops were born out of a hope to create accessible learning and connection opportunities for our whole community— this is why tickets for many of our workshops, including this one, are available for FREE or with an optional donation to support our Workshop Program!
