Syttende Mai: 17th of May Parade

Ballard’s beloved 17th of May Parade is back. Hipp hipp hurra! Come celebrate Norwegian Constitution Day with the largest 17th of May parade outside of Norway, right in the heart of Ballard! 

The parade route starts on 24th Avenue Northwest near 7-Eleven and goes south, turning left onto Northwest Market, then right onto 22nd Avenue Northwest, then a soft left onto Ballard Avenue.
