Virtual: Adopted Friends and Family of Greater Seattle Prospective Parents Meeting

AWAIT (Adoption Waiting: Anxiety, Intensity, Triumph!) was created for families waiting to adopt and is designed to support you through the adoption process.

Each meeting we:

• Provide education on adoption alternatives and the steps to take to achieve your goal,
• Provide a safe place to talk about the anxiety, intensity, and triumphs of your experience,
• Provide a forum where the group can share information and help each other in problem-solving along the adoption journey, and
• Create a network of friendships that will become a support group of adoptive families for your child in the future.
