I don't care what your politics are; this is a big deal. Last-minute deals, nasty partisan sniping, and a sqeaker of a vote last night put major health-care reform over the top. The bill - passed by the Senate last year - now goes to President Obama for his signature. What will it mean? Millions of uninsured Americans will have health care. Some say at too high a cost.
