2. Knock — loudly
The fact that we had 2½ bathrooms for 10 people was a Brady Bunch–esque scenario; the fact that one of the full bathrooms doubles as a hallway and is the only way to get from one side of the house to the other adds an additional obstacle to our course. I recommend taking showers at odd, unpopular times for hot water and privacy, as well as adding a shaving mirror to the kitchen sink when the house is packed.
