Hula/Tahitian Fitness Dance Class

Exercise does tremendous things for mind, body and soul. This modern, energetic class combines authentic beginner Hula and Tahitian dance moves for an entertaining workout. Enjoy the island rhythms as you groove along and strengthen your core at the same time! (You will sweat, but you will have lots of fun and laughs!) This class is low-impact and great for people of all ages and abilities.
