The Native Action Network is excited to host a Holiday Native Art Market on Friday, November 14th, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. as part of the Bell Town Art Walk. Join us for Native American History Month at The Native Action Network space located on the second floor of 55 Bell Street, Suite 201, Seattle, WA 98121. Get your holiday shopping done early, this market will feature Native artists, makers, and small businesses — from beadwork and jewelry to prints, and handmade gifts.
This month's featured artist is Shana Yellow Calf, an enrolled Northern Arapaho artist from Wyoming, who has created striking multi-medium works since the 1990s. her style blends Arapaho/Shoshone roots, her mother’s Chippewa/Metis heritage, and Pacific Northwest Coastal influences from her upbringing near Puget Sound.
