Every Wed, 12 - 1 pm  with Megan: Restore and relax perinatal yoga, for all bodies in any stage of pregnancy or postpartum. This class is beginner friendly and modifications will be provided for accessibility. Bring your mat/blanket, water, and good vibes!

Kids are always welcome to attend with you or you can take advantage of drop-in childcare!

Every Wed, 5:30 - 6:30 pm with Diana: This class is designed for pregnant and postpartum women who want to practice yoga safely and effectively during their pregnancy and after. You will learn how to use props such as bolsters, blankets, and straps to support your body and modify the poses according to your trimester and individual needs. You will also benefit from the precise alignment and attention to detail that characterize the Iyengar style of yoga. This class will help you improve your circulation, digestion, posture, and mood, as well as prepare your body and mind for labor and motherhood. No prior yoga experience is required. All levels are welcome.
