Enjoy a fun introduction to yoga! Learn basic poses and stretching and talk about the art and practice of mindfulness. This 30-minute class is designed for parents and children to explore yoga together through a blend of stretches, postures, games and songs. A great way to do gentle stretching while enjoying your child's new discoveries.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one.
