Dr. Dónal Mulligan is a lecturer and researcher at DCU’s School of Communications, where he works on issues of media technology and society. His recent work has focussed on Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in education, developing resources and policy at various learning levels. He has developed and co-authored the resources provided by Webwise to Primary Stage 4 (6th Class) and Secondary School students for 2026 Safer Internet Day. He is the host of the EnoughAboutAI podcast, which also deals with foundational issues and emerging developments in AI.
