Jonathan Haidt is a social psychologist, bestselling author, and professor at NYU’s Stern School of Business. Renowned for his work on moral psychology, he explores how values shape human decision-making and societal cohesion. Haidt’s books, including The Anxious Generation, The Righteous Mind, and The Coddling of the American Mind, examine cultural divides and challenges to resilience in modern life. Zach Rausch is an Associate Research Scientist at NYU's Stern School of Business. He served as the lead researcher for the New York Times Bestseller by Jonathan Haidt, The Anxious Generation. He previously worked at the Center for Humane Technology and as Communications Manager at Heterodox Academy. His research and writing have been featured in outlets such as The New York Times, The Atlantic, and The Wall Street Journal.
