Join us at the Alive & Shine Center for an incredible heartwarming experience! We now offer three kids classes so your little ones(or not so little ones) can develop strength, flexibility, and balance while you relax and unwind in one of our adult classes happening simultaneously. Your children will have a blast hanging upside down from our wall-rope system and transforming into some familiar friends in the animal kingdom! Kids Adventure Yoga is for ages 7-12 years old.
