ABOUT THE MARRIAGE OF FIGARO
From toe-tapping overture to uplifting finale, W.A. Mozart’s beloved farce based on the radical Beaumarchais play is alive with rich commentary on social class and gender roles. Count and servant go head-to-head, while their crafty wives outsmart the men in one chaotic, entertaining day that ends in happiness and love. Performed by a stellar cast in a traditional production, don't miss the riotous charm of this operatic classic.
We recommend bringing children who can sit comfortably for at least an hour at a time at the theater. This is a full-length opera. Please no babes in arms for Family Day.
*Please note: All children and teens must have a ticket and be able to sit on their own in a seat. No babes in arms, with or without a ticket. Valid student ID or proof of age is required for entry. At least one full price standard ticket to the same May 15, 2022 performance must be purchased with EVERY youth ticket order. Standard and $20 tickets must be in the same seating zone on the same performance date. Limit four $20 youth tickets for each full price adult ticket purchased. Youth tickets are not available in the Dress Circle Prime, Orchestra Center Aisle, and Second Tier Value seating sections.
