Bell Harbor International Conference Center has no parking of its own. We do use the Republic Parking Garage on the corner of Elliott & Wall Street which is conveniently located across the street from Bell Harbor International Conference Center and attached by a 5th floor Skybridge. To reach the Parent Map Education Fair, located in the International Promenade, take the Skybridge across Alaskan Way. Take the elevators to the First Floor and proceed North to the ground floor entrance of the Conference Center.
To the Republic Parking Garage from I-5 South:
- Take Exit 167, marked West Mercer Street / Fairview Avenue
- Turn right (north) onto Fairview Avenue North
- Take the first left (west) onto Valley Street
- Stay to the left because Valley Street merges into Broad Street
- Continue on Broad Street until you reach Elliott Avenue and make a left
- Once you pass the Wall Street intersection the Bell Street Pier Garage entrance will be on your immediate right
To the Republic Parking Garage from I-5 North (coming from Sea-Tac Airport
- Take the Madison exit (also called Convention Place exit)
- Turn left onto Madison
- Stay on Madison until you come to the waterfront
- Turn right on Alaskan Way
- You will pass Pier 66 on your left. The next street after the skybridge is Wall Street.
- Turn right onto Wall Street
- Turn right on Elliott Avenue
- On your immediate right is Bell Street Pier Garage entrance
To the Republic Parking Garage Heading Hwy99 North:
- Take Western Avenue Exit
- Turn left onto Battery Street down to Elliott Avenue
- Take left on Elliott Ave. and change to right lane immediately
- The Bell Street Pier Garage entrance is on your immediate right
To the Republic Parking Garage Heading Hwy99 South:
- Take Western Avenue Exit (right after you pass the tunnel, the exit is on your right)
- Entrance on Elliott: Go straight after the stop light and take left onto Elliott Avenue
- Change to right lane immediately, the Bell Street Pier Garage entrance is on right
- Entrance on Wall St: At the light turn right, and at traffic light turn left onto Wall
- Continue on Wall until you see the entrance on left
