On a hot summer day, what could be more refreshing than a glass of lemonade? Learn to make your very own pitcher thanks to PCC Natural Markets chef Jackie and her two Healthy Kids Cook helpers, Allyson and Nate.
Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade
How you make it:
- Combine sugar, lemon juice, blueberries and hot water in a blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Press through a fine sieve or strainer, if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- To serve, combine blueberry-lemon juice, sparkling water and ice in a pitcher. Serve in individual glasses garnished with blueberries.
