Friends of the Mill Creek Library, along with Mill Creek Parks & Recreation and local sponsors present the annual children’s entertainment at Library Park. The summer performances will take place on Wednesdays featuring music, fun and laughs for children of all ages. Bring a lunch, a blanket and join us for a variety of shows and entertainment.
Performers Include:
July 22-Eric Herman and Puppy Dog Dave: Eric Herman presents tunes that are artistically funny, memorable and incredibly funny. Bursting with comedy and laughter, including plenty of participation and interaction with the children.
July 29- Nancy Stewart: Join national award-winning children's singer-songwriter Nancy Stewart for a fun-filled concert. Kids of all ages will enjoy the contagious sing-along fun that is part of every Nancy Stewart Show!
Aug 12- Buck & Elizabeth: Buck & Elizabeth are ready to lasso you for a cowboy/cowgirl costume contest. Get ready to strut your stuff and enjoy a fun and exciting show.
Aug 19- Rolie Polie Guacamole: Rolie Polie Guacamole is a hip "kindie" band from Brooklyn, NY. Their high energy, interactive shows are a mix of funk, rock and folk music mashed into original tunes about natural living, eating healthy and staying active. Fun for the entire family.
Admission: Please bring a non-perishable food item to help support the Mill Creek Food Bank. Parking is available at the Library parking lot and on the north side of the street off 156th Street SE, Mill Creek. Parking is also available near Azteca Restaurant. Please use crosswalks at all times for safety.
