BirthSongs Introductory Workshop

Calendar/Event Details

46951

BirthSongs offers an easy and comfortable technique a mother can use during birth to comfort herself and her baby.
“Having given birth four times has allowed me the opportunity to experience many different
pain-relieving and centering techniques. By the time I gave birth to my youngest daughter, I had come to realize that singing during birth was the most effective method I had found for relieving pain and calming myself.” — Rochelle House M.A.

In a BirthSongs group class, you will spend time in a warm, accepting, fun, and loving environment, learning very easy vocal techniques for easing labor pains and calming both yourself and your baby.
Private Birth Songs sessions are also available.
