Dress up as your favorite superhero and have fun as a family practicing yoga!!! This family-style yoga class focuses on the attributes it takes to be a hero. Through creative movement, partner or group yoga poses, breath, and fun we practice different ways to strengthen your inner Superhero! All ages. Cost includes 1 adult AND 1 child for $25. Immediate family member add-on fee $7. Under 2 FREE.
This is a family friendly environment!!! Children are not expected to do EVERY pose. We play, move, dance, laugh and have fun while practicing yoga.
