Children's Bird Outing with Birds Connect Seattle

Open to all babies, toddlers, and kids. All children must be accompanied by an adult. We will gather at the Seward Park Audubon Center and walk north and east towards the swimming beach on the paved perimeter trail (Shore Loop Road). We will practice observing birds with our eyes and ears and look for mallard ducks, Canada geese, buffleheads, crows, chickadees, juncos, and more on a short walk.

We will take a snack, story, and/or look-at-interesting-rocks break somewhere in the middle depending on the pacing and interest level of the kids. Please no adults not accompanied by a child. Please no dogs.
