Honor the mother in your family this year with love and a 3-course Mother’s Day brunch or dinner at PEARL Seafood & Oyster Bar. Prepared by Chef Bradley Dickinson using fresh, seasonal and quality ingredients, PEARL’s Mother’s Day brunch will be served on Sunday, May 14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner will start at 4 p.m., featuring tasty entrées, multiple starters, hand-crafted beverages and kid-friendly brunch options.
PEARL’s 3-course customizable brunch menu features mom’s favorites. All entrées are served with fresh-baked lemon-currant scones and an appetizer selection of fresh strawberries and cream, organic honey yogurt with granola and blueberries or baby greens salad. A kids’ brunch of French toast will be served with maple syrup, bacon and fresh fruit. Additional appetizers are available including fresh oysters from Taylor Shellfish shucked to order, wild mushrooms with truffle oil and spicy tuna crudo with ginger, garlic and lemongrass.
Diners can enjoy refreshing cocktails such as the Signature Bloody Mary, Grapefruit Mule, Pearl Guava Mimosa and hand-crafted espresso drinks, Caffe Vita coffee and fine teas.

Traditional Eggs Benedict

Fried Chicken and Waffles
citrus-brine boneless chicken, brown butter-maple syrup
Huevos Rancheros
crispy tortilla, black beans, pico de gallo, queso fresco, eggs over easy
Bistro Steak Frite
house-made chimichurri, poached eggs, Pearl brunch potatoes, arugula salad
Dungeness Crab Omelet
fresh local crab, sautéed mushrooms, green onions and cheddar béchamel
PEARL’s full dinner menu will be available starting at 4 p.m. featuring Northwest seafood. Options include King Salmon, Bering Sea Sablefish, Fresh Halibut Filet, Taylor Shellfish Oysters, northwest clams and mussels and more.
