Tap into your inner beat! We'll explore the African Diaspora. After the performance, join the Northwest Tap dancers to find your inner beat using your body to create rhythm with clapping and drumming.
Ms. Melba will bring her Northwest Tap Connection (Official) dance troop from Seattle for a special performance. They will use dance to take us on a journey throughout the African Diaspora. Join them after their performance to discover your own beat using your body and an assortment of drums and rhythm instruments.
This event will take place at the Frances Anderson Ampitheater (by playground) next to the library at 700 Main St.
