The 15th Annual Northwest Jump Rope Workshop
Awesome instructors from around the US and Canada provide top-level instruction. The workshop will include teaching the basics to beginners as well as helping intermediate and advanced jumpers learn new tricks. Instruction will include single rope freestyle, partner skills, Chinese wheel, double dutch and long rope. We recommend jumpers be 1st grade or older and 3rd grade or older for the all-day workshop.
When: Saturday, November 10, 2018 - 9am – Noon OR 9am – 3pm
Where: Kamiakin Middle School, 14111 132nd Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98034
Cost: $30 per jumper for half-day or $45 for all -day when registration is received by 10/23/2018. Workshop T-shirts may be pre-ordered for $15 (order deadline October 23). Registrations received after November 3 will be $35 per jumper.

Join the Hot Dog USA Jump Rope Team!
The Hot Dog USA Jump Rope Team is dedicated to the promotion of the sport of jump rope as a life-long physical fitness activity. Our purpose is to inspire, motivate and educate people of all ages, while fostering local, regional, national and international jump rope competitions, workshops and performances.
We have two levels of participation on our team, “Junior Team” and “Elite Team.” Junior Team is for jumpers who are new to the sport. Junior team is geared for jumpers in 1st through 4th grade. Elite Team is for jumpers who have taken jump rope classes and/or taken part in the Junior Team and are interested in becoming more serious about the sport of jump rope.
