South Seattle families are invited to join the Rainier Beach Harvest Festival, an interactive and virtual event on Saturday, October 17; 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Facebook Live. A limited number of free activity kits will be available for contactless pick-up at Rainier Beach Urban Farm & Wetlands. Your activity kit will include materials for a variety of seasonal crafts, games, recipes and more!
We’re celebrating the farm’s bountiful production season and sharing fall traditions from many cultures of our beloved Rainier Beach community. Stop by the farm to pick up your activity kit, and then join us for the virtual event on Facebook Live, where we’ll showcase live activity demonstrations, performances and a tour of the farm.
Full of fun fall festivities, the Rainier Beach Harvest Festival will bring together our South Seattle community as we celebrate the fall season and deepen our connection with the land. This family-friendly event is free to attend.
