Camp Korey, the camp that offers programs for kids with serious or life-threatening illnesses, will be holding a special Open House Summer Kick-Off Celebration Sunday, June 5, from 1-4 p.m. Located at Carnation Farm, the event is open to the public and will feature:
- Live concert from the music group, The Not-its
- Camper Stage Showcase featuring performances by Camp Korey campers
- Superhero costume contest judged by local celebrities
- Camp-wide scavenger hunt
- Arts n’ crafts
- Nature hike
- Face painting
- Guided tours
