It’s back! The 15th annual event is 1pm Saturday, Jan 1, unless new COVID restrictions prohibit large outdoor gatherings. Most meet at the beach, but make a day of it by meeting at Daphne’s and marching down to the water, or have brunch at another downtown restaurant before braving the cold.
