OK, it's time to stop feeling guilty because your kid's sneaking sidelong glances at the TV screen. Let's face it: television's everywhere. If your child has access to a computer, Hulu, YouTube, or an iPad, chances are she's getting in screen time with some reality show you absolutely detest.
