Ballard will host a Día de los Muertos festival on Saturday, October 25, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. along the 2200 block of Ballard Avenue NW. A main stage will feature a lineup of musicians and entertainers throughout the evening, while local businesses on Ballard Avenue and 22nd Avenue will take part with themed mini-events, decorations, and specials.
The parade kicks off at Filson CC (Dock Pl & Ballard Ave) at 5:45 PM, and ends at Ballard Commons Park!
-The main stage will be located at the intersection of 22nd Ave NW and Ballard Ave, right across from Marvin’s Park.
- Our Mercadito will line Ballard Ave north of 22nd Ave NW — come explore local vendors, art, and food!
- There will also be a public ofrenda, where you’re welcome to bring a small photo of a loved one or pet to honor their memory.
- Come with your face painted, or get it done for free on-site (tips appreciated)!
