Muz Fest

Calendar/Event Details

Since its debut in 2024, Muz Fest has become more than just a festival—it is a reflection of our struggles, our resilience, and our collective strength. What began as a space to bring the Muslim community in Greater Seattle together has grown into a movement where people of all backgrounds come to heal, celebrate, and connect through music, art, and cultural expression.

Muz Fest was born from the understanding that our communities carry burdens—some inherited through generations, others shaped by today’s realities. But we do not carry them alone. This festival is about creating space where struggles are acknowledged, where small businesses and artists are uplifted, and where culture is not just observed but lived. It is a space where traditions are honored, identities are reclaimed, and new legacies are built.

At its core, Muz Fest is about people. It is about families coming together, artists using their craft to inspire, and entrepreneurs building opportunities where there once were none. It is about amplifying underrepresented voices, celebrating the beauty of our diverse cultures, and making joy an act of resilience. Every story, every tradition, and every shared moment adds to the richness of this community-driven celebration.

With over 2,300 attendees in its first year and growing engagement across Washington, Oregon, and Canada, Muz Fest is more than just a festival—it’s a movement. Recognized by Governor Jay Inslee for its cultural, and economic Impact, Muz Fest is shaping the future of community-driven events.
