Go beyond tree pose in this fun, child-centered yoga class for kids and their adult partners. We’ll guide you through activities and nature poses combined with time-honored yoga warm-up, workout, strengthening, cool down and relaxation poses. Bring a mat or use one of ours. Drop-ins welcome if the class is not full. This 75-minute class is indoors/outdoors, so dress accordingly and feel free to leave after the first 60 minutes if children get antsy.
