Step into the Arctic Tundra to meet our polar bear twins, Astra and Laerke. Learn what wild polar bears need to survive and how you can help them.

Schedule:

9am - 3pm:    Awesome Adaptations - Examine the paws, teeth, and claws of a polar bear to discover how well adapted they are for their frozen Arctic home.
9am - 3pm:    Fun with Fur - Explore fur from Arctic animals and find out how each is uniquely suited to help the animal survive.
9am - 3pm:    Climate Stories - Watch footage of wild polar bears in the Arctic, learn how climate change impacts them, and share your own climate story.
9am - 3pm:    Snap a Selfie - with our Paws Up for Polar Bears photo op!
11:30am:    Keeper Chat with special enrichments.
