Virtual: Reduce Your Stress, Not Just Manage It

Calendar/Event Details

ARE YOU JUGGLING TOO MUCH - WORK DEADLINES AND FAMILY NEEDS?

ARE YOU FEELING GUILTY BECAUSE YOU CAN'T BE EVERYWHERE AT ONCE?

DO YOU FEEL PRESSURED TO BE PERFECT?

YOU'RE NOT ALONE.

In 2024 the U.S. Surgeon General reported that one third of parents reported having high levels of stress. Of those 48% of parents say that most days their stress feels completely overwhelming.

PARENTING TODAY COMES WITH ENORMOUS PRESSURE

When the to-do lists never end and exhaustion creeps in, it’s no wonder parents sometimes feel like they’re running on empty:

  • They can feel burned out.
  • They may have less patience.
  • They have so many obligations and not enough time.
  • As tired as they may be, they may have a hard time getting enough sleep.
  • Their relationships with their loved ones, including their children, may be strained.

This talk is designed to help busy parents REDUCE STRESS IN MEANINGFUL AND LASTING WAYS — not just manage it better.

GET THE STEP-BY-STEP BLUEPRINT FOR CREATING YOUR PERSONALIZED PLAN TO REDUCE YOUR STRESS:

  • Clarify what drains your emotional and physical energy.
  • Determine what you can change to make your life better.
  • Create your plan to change the things you can.

We will meet on Zoom. This is a LIVE talk. It is not a recording. There will be Q&A.
